Yesterday I went on a fun wild herb walk around our land, gathering all kinds of yummmmmers wild raw herbs to make a unique, nutrient-dense and enjoyable salad – check it out!

  1. Sorry Angela… but it seems to me that it is not Chickweed. I know quite well chikweed as I gather it myself “in bulk” (!) and enjoy green smoothies and salad with it. I know it quite difficult to find a very clear picture of it on the Web… if I find one I shall send it to you. How lucky to have purslane at this time of the year. I’ll have to wait till July at least to find some. An the pysyllium comes from another plantain (the same family but not this one). The one which is used for psyllium comes generally from India.

  2. Are the leaves of your “perhaps” chickweed very, very soft and flexible ?
    because the chickweed ones are… and usely stand in big spots when they like the place.
